The Exhaust aftertreatment system(EATS) department is responsible for the global platform development of exhaust aftertreatment systems. The department develop the hardware as well as the software. We are accountable for the lifecycle management of our products, from advanced engineering, through product development into the maintenance phase.
Our group, EATS calibration, is responsible for calibration and verification of Exhaust Aftertreatment System functionalities, such as DPF soot model, regeneration control, SCR NOx reduction model, to reduce the hazardous emissions NOx and particles. We work with Euro VI and future heavy duty combustion engine applications.

Work description
In your new role you will work in a small team (6-8 people), we are two teams in the group, with close connection to engine calibration, EATS software and hardware teams. The daily work includes testing in laboratory or vehicle, simulation, data analysis and creative meetings. Follow-up of functional performance in the end product through connectivity is an increasing part in the team's validation work.

Qualifications
Master of Science or similar technical education (Chemistry, Mechanical, Automation, Applied physics or comparable)
Excellent knowledge in English, both spoken and written
Worked with engine development and/or exhaust aftertreatment
Performance and calibration/software knowledge
Knowledge in data analysis and experience in scripting with tools such as Matlab and/or Python
