How do you sell 1,000,000 Pad Thai's that all reach the same insane heights of flavour, freshness and spicy delight?
Well, that's actually up to you to decide! We are on the lookout for a Development Chef that can take a concept and roll it out to a number of kitchens, creating the training and operational structures needed to ensure a supreme, consistent quality.
If you think about the kitchen as a ship, we are building the most well-oiled, efficient and passionate machine known to man. It runs on a steady stream of fantastic, unbelievably fresh ingredients that are turned into spectacular food ready to be delivered to eager customers. Your role will be an essential part of establishing this machinery - no matter the quality of a food concept or the skill level in our kitchens, a lot of things can get lost in translation...
What you will actually do
You will:
• Devise roll-out plans for new food concepts, covering communications, training, quality control and more
• Execute these plans with the support of dedicated trainers and other experts
• Continuously monitor training needs in kitchens and partner with trainers and content creators to address these
• Continuously monitor operations on an overall level, looking for ways in which these can be improved, making it easier for us to do fast roll-outs
You are:
• Friendly and enthusiastic
• Ready to learn and improve your skills
• Able to work and deliver under pressure
• Comfortable working mainly in English
• Able to work with one foot in the kitchens and one in the office
