You will join a great team within Service Area BI where you will have a key role in delivering value to a high-demanding business. You and your team are collaborating closely with departments as the business sales organization or the corporate data warehouse. A wide range of analysis is done in exciting areas such as assortment planning, reduction and discounts analysis and stock analysis. In the service area business intelligence, we develop BI solutions to help our business units make the right strategic and operational decisions.
As a BI-developer you will work with best of breed development tools. You will work in a highly motivated, agile and distributed team to design and engineer smart and efficient BI solutions.

In other words, you have great influence in providing the analytics that's making our business successful. Development and maintenance of ETL activities Informatica Power Center.
Participate in the analysis and understanding of business requirements
Unit and Integration testing
Perform code reviews
Work in an agile team in close collaboration with solution designers, developers, requirements analysts and testers
Documentation tasks
Business support
Troubleshooting development and production incidents and problems
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills and knowledge includes:
At least two years of experience of ETL Development or similar university education
Experience and highly skilled in SQL
Experience of retail is a plus
Experience and knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
Experience of working in distributed teams is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English and basic communication skills in Swedish
