Open position: Developer with Strong background in testing, troubleshooting and maintenance engineering.
We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill in the position vacated by our Lead Engineer Consultant (who has been a stubborn eccentrics, much appreciated technical artist and a virtuoso at the market) at our client locations. It is about a self-propelled individual who is able to solve complex issues, highly curious to take up the challenging task of finishing the unfinished jobs.
Your profile: You have a competence with documented experience of
at least 4 years within the areas below.
Competence and experience in *virtualization software development for distributed systems, *CP Cluster Sytem environment, *OpenSAF High Availability Framework, *simulation/emulation (Virtual Machine) of the hardware and software using VMWARE or SIMICS, *protocol development and implementation, *Linux Systems programming (Multi-threading, IPC, Socket Programming, Drivers), *expert in C/C++ (strong knowledge of object oriented programming on Real Time systems - must have worked in large-scale software development projects as lead system designer or similar position), *debugging using gdb, *assembly level language programming, *IBM Rational CC & CR handling, *ability to analyze core dumps.
Telecom (CP Cluster System) test plant *installation and configuration, *preparation for test activities, *test execution, troubleshooting and maintenance, *fault reporting and handling, *corrections and versions handling.
Industrial test lab planning, *PLC installation & programming, *test execution, troubleshooting and maintenance, *real time measuring using instruments/events as power & power quality analyzer, oscilloscope, data logger for sensors and diff-sensors (temperature, pressure, flow of air and different fluids), *renewable energy generating (twin-screw expander/turbine drifting generator, generator automatic synchronizing/phasing and load control).
Industrial plant *preventive and corrective/reparation maintenance using *variable frequency drive system and control (up to 12 kA), *AC & DC motors and pumps (0,xx to 1 MW).
You shall be the solo/only employee which requires that you have the ability to work independently and take responsibility to work accordingly with our routines and policies. We expect you to have at least a University degree in Computer/Electrical Science or equivalent qualifications. Should be fluent in English and ready to work in each international and multi culture environment.
Experience of Swedish language and work environment, experience of work in hazardous environments, Hot Work Certificate and Electrical Contractor Authorization are some of the prioritized benefits.

Permanent employment (started with a 6 months probation period). Extent: 100%, Location: Sweden/Stockholm.
