Description

Greenbyte develops Breeze and Bright - the next generation analytics cloud platforms for renewable energy assets. We are a team of young professionals on a mission to convert more renewable resources into electricity.

We are looking for a skilled and thorough Developer to be part of our small and highly competent development team where your knowledge and experience will be of great use.

Greenbyte?s services are developed in C# / ASP.NET and are hosted using IIS, MySQL, Windows Server and Ubuntu Linux in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud.

Responsibilities

• Build features with the support of agile processes and knowledgeable colleagues
• Ship features that help our customers convert more wind and solar into renewable, clean energy for the future
• Participate in technical specification of features in roadmap together with Product Owner and Senior Systems Architect
• Support the continuous improvement of our development process
• Active participation in Code Reviews

Requirements

• Previous experience of C#, ASP.NET, web development and databases
• Systematic and autonomous
• Independent, forward, thorough and a ?get things done? attitude
• Analytical skills with the ability to find solutions for technical problems
• Ability to assess and learn new problem domains
• Enjoy learning new things and working with new technology

Extra Pluses

• Positive attitude
• Web, Internet and SaaS experience
• Knowledge in networking and data communication
• Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems
• Interest in renewable energy
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English with perfect grammar and spelling
