We are now looking for a Developer, Solution tester to maintain products (units, nodes, networks, systems and solutions). Your role will include all development and solution testing activities such as: requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, hardware design, software design, solution testing, automation and validation, integration, verification, simulations, tools design, Product Lifecycle Management support and product documentation. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.
SDU-Solution Development Unit
SDU (Solution Development Unit) is part of DU IP&Cloud, BA Digital Services.We are responsible to develop; deliver and maintain complex telecom solution in the space of NFV, VoLTE, CNaaS, 5G. The unit bridges Customer Engagements/Projects with R&D, System & Technology and Product Line. We are working with pioneering concepts and we see ourselves at the front-line of the technology wave in everything we do.
Responsibilities:
Our I&V (test) team is responsible for verification of the components against functional and non-functional requirements (e.g. characteristics, robustness, stability, upgrade, maintainability, redundancy, overload):
Develop and maintain test automation framework and the testcases in Java. (JCAT)
Running and analyzing manual and automated TCs including trouble-shooting. (Continuous Integration)
Network infrastructure configuration / adaptation to new requirements
Verification of system requirements
Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling.
Test high quality products
Perform trouble shooting and customer support
Develop competence in technical domain
Qualifications
We are looking for newly graduates with following skills:
Higher education degree in Master of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, IT/Telecom
Good communication skills and strong analytical skills.
Strong ICT Technical/IT interest with a business mindset
Enjoys challenges and are eager to explore new technologies
Customer focus with a desire to understand their business needs
Strong team player with highly developed interpersonal skills. Outgoing, collaborative focused and enjoy working in a team
Excellent skills in spoken and written English
Prefered areas of expertise:
Basic understanding of IP-based protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, SIP, SCTP), VLAN, routing
Scripting experience (e.g.: bash, perl, python, JavaScript, PHP)
System testing
Advantages:
Test automation experience (JCAT preferred)
Java programming (Java8 common library)
Experience in virtualization technologies (Openstack, VMware, KVM, Docker)
