At Network system and verification (NSV), our responsibility is to ensure that the quality and characteristics of both 5G and cloud RAN fulfill our customer expectations. Our teams work in an international environment with colleagues in Europe, Asia, and North America. We are now looking for a software developer to our team with a strong interest in both verification, continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD). We work with the product in a true end-to-end context, enabling a very broad view of the complete system in a customer like environment.
The role requires individuals who demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, possesses strong team working and communication skills, and are highly motivated in learning the 4G/5G wireless protocols. You need to manage a changing product scope, as well as continuously evaluate and improve our processes and ways of working. We expect you to always act with flexibility and find solutions better than yesterday. Automation is a central part of our daily work. Short feedback loops are important in our development process, which is based on Continuous Integration practices.
We expect you to understand Product Development and the Product Life Cycle. We are a company that needs to act fast in a changing world, thus you need to be able to adapt and respond quickly to change and also deliver results to meet customer expectations. You also need to be creative and innovative and easily work with other people. You are expected to be able to plan and drive your own work, but also in your team work to reach the common goals.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements
MSc in Electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent level of knowledge
Excellent English Skills
Deep knowledge of complete mobile network LTE / NR,
control signaling, user plane, devices, apps/services,
transport protocols.
Experienced in Setup/configure all parts needed for tests
Nodes, configuration, parameters, sw loading,
radio environment, application servers, devices
Great Communication and interpersonal skills
Programming skills in Python, Java, C/C++ or equivalent
Experience in using advanced test tools such as Channel emulators and load generators
Preferred qualifications & experience requirements
Knowledge in Cloud
Lean & Agile Knowledge/Skills.
Automated SW testing
