You will be involved in many different parts of the lifecycle such as collaborating with design teams, developing features assigned to your cross-functional team and implementing our new solutions. You will share the responsibility for the team's software quality, design and maintainability. We are looking for several full-stack experienced Developers to help us develop our new Sales Order Management System. Today you are probably working as a Developer on a Java EE platform with openness to dig into new and unknown components. Your experience with complex integrations is a strong merit but you can also find the beauty in the simple solution. You're excited to be part of major change and approach it as an opportunity to develop and improve yourself, the team and IKEA. To succeed in this role you have excellent analytical skills and the ability to see the high level picture as well as enjoying working with the details. You find your way and handle changing priorities and communicate complex topics in a pedagogic way with the willingness to share your learnings.

We bind our front and back end services together, working in close collaboration with other awesome colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices with each other in our everyday life, to ensure that our customer experience is great. In this role, you are a vital part of our Development & Test team reporting to one of the Development Managers.
