Then the role as Developer in Cybersecurity & Privacy within In-Car Digital is the place for you to prosper. You will belong to the team Security & Privacy; we work with the Volvo Cybersecurity and Privacy community to secure system and network resources and protect the confidentiality and integrity of customer's data.
What you'll do
You will use your expertise to take an active role in development of security and privacy capability from idea to launch to maintenance in the field. Security & privacy team act like a shared service towards other teams within product stream In-Car Digital. You will work in agile cross-functional teams and do what is necessary to achieve the team goals. Therefore, you will also learn and gain insights from other disciplines in the team.
Do you fit the profile?
We see that you have a grade in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent and former experience from working within security and privacy systems. You are used to work in Agile Scaled Framework, further you are fluent in English and holds a driver's license B.
You strive for future development and challenges! You are self-motivated, with a strong delivery orientation. You truly enjoy teamwork and are a great communicator. You always keep a positive attitude and are pro-active in your way of thinking and acting. You will also need problem-solving skills and the ability to be analytic.
To fully succeed in the role, it is beneficial with in-depth understanding and knowledge of cybersecurity vulnerabilities and privacy policy as well as knowledge about techniques to identify prevent and mitigate cybersecurity risks, confidentiality and the integrity, of the personal data.
Knowledge about software development and an adequate knowledge of cybersecurity algorithms and data protection is also beneficial as well as experience with using and developing fuzz testing tools or experience from test automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment. Another plus is to have an experience in developing code analysis tools, static or dynamic.
