Our Exciting Opportunity
We are currently looking for a software developer to strengthen our team and community for the area ADP (Application Development Platform) within PDG Mobility to deliver Cloud Native services to meet our new demands for flexible, fast, scalable, innovative 5G Core networks.

The Application Development Platform (ADP), provides a toolbox of generic services that can be incorporated and re-used when developing new cloud native network functions. This will lead to faster development of our new 5G functionality.

We stand at the forefront of Agile software development, using methods like Lean and Scrum to create a product that excels. Our teams are cross-functional, self-organizing, international and highly independent. This requires maturity and a 'team first' approach, which may not be right for everyone, but which we believe is the best way to create great software. We are constantly improving our ways of working. You'll be working directly with your Product Owner in a collaborative manner.

You will
Manage continuous Quality improvements of products and processes.
Agree with various interfaces within Ericsson, and get an opportunity to grow your Network
Develop and test high-quality products
Develop test case automation
Share information with team and product owner in scrum ceremonies
Deliver results and meet customer expectations

To be successful in the role you must have
Programming skills for example Golang, Java, Python and Erlang
Experience in model-driven development for configuration protocol
Containers and Virtualization knowledge (Kubernetes, Docker, Kernel-based Virtual Machine (KVM), Vmware, Helm, etc.)
Knowledge of Software craftmanship and tools e.g. GIT and Gerrit
Education: MSc in Computer Science or similar MSc level in a technical field or the equivalent level of knowledge
Innovating, adapting and responding to change skills
Passion to explore new insights and address future opportunities and improvements!

Proficient in English
Highly developed collaboration skills
Curious personality with a holistic view. Person who loves working with exciting tasks where decisions often need to be taken based on information from different partners and investigations
We want smart, self-motivated product developers who love solving sophisticated problems to join our great development teams
Readiness to drive work tasks independently with constant communication towards your partners
Phenomenal teammate with a positive "can-do" demeanor
