Consumer Services at Volvo Group Connected Solutions is responsible for the end user services, from idea to development and operation. Together with our partners and customers we create value through fantastic user experience and business enhancing services and products.
We are now looking for a Developer Experience Lead within Partner Relations.
The aim of the Partner Relations team is to deliver an outstanding Developer Experience and thereby enabling new services to be created together with partners. This is done through strong skills in translation of customer demands, solution architecture and implementation in business / region specific contexts.
The role
You will work in close collaboration together with our team that is responsible for our Partner Development relations as well as Volvo development teams. You will be leading our work with the Developer Experience (DX) that is the foundation for our Developer Portal-products. You will be responsible for the documentation of our Developer Products and the relentless improvement of the processes surrounding them.
Your profile
You are a person who thrives when work is a bit challenging and requires problem solving. You should have the ability to work under demanding and changing conditions but still keep the big picture perspective since our environment constantly evolves in unexpected ways.
You are structured and pedagogic, innovative and have a strong customer focus in combination with a business-oriented attitude. You enjoy teamwork; contribute with team spirit and likes taking on responsibility.
We think that you have:
A broad background in documenting API's and developerfacing products
Experience in describing existing documentation processes and designing new processes
Experience of Technical documentation and a pedagogic mindset
A global and agile mindset with great communication skills
Fluent in English - both written and spoken with a valid work-permit for Sweden, if you are a non-EU-citizen
