We are now looking for a new colleague to take on the role as Developer within Electric Drive System
What you 'll do
You will be supporting Architects with creating performance maps and loss maps of new / scaled designs of Inverter and Electric Machine based on known reference design by using scaling scripts in Matlab. Run VSIM simulations and drive cycle simulations. Postprocess of simulation results and evaluation of vehicle attributes e.g. cycle energy consumption, electric range, performance etc.
* Support MDO studies (Multi Disciplinary Optimization) including cost and weight scale models in combination with attribute simulation / evaluation
* Requirement analysis on complete ED system level / support concept studies, RFI work, supplier data evaluation
Required qualifications
To be successful in this role we believe that you have a University degree within Electric Engineering or relevant work experience. You have good understanding of electric propulsion systems and excellent Simulink / Matlab skills.
* Excellent script skills
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Drivers license B
