We integrate the latest LTE and NR (a.k.a 5G) RAN features for high capacity wireless networks (including Hybrid RAN). We integrate and verify 5G Use Cases to the high standards of demanding customers. Enabling and maintaining Ericsson's technology and market leadership is our purpose.

What you will do
Drive, implement and prioritize quality assurance requirements in the 5G RAN product area
Contribute to the design of Customer Like architectures. Integrate and test RAN features there
Analyze Ericsson RAN product with respect to Stability and In-Service Performance requirements
Identify teams, way of working, environment problems and propose solutions to solve them
Strive for customer focus and on time delivery
Adapt and show flexibility in a virtual team across 3 times zone: China, Sweden, Canada
You will bring
3 to 5 years' experience in integration and verification. Preferably in Radio Access Network technologies
Proficiency in English
MSc or higher education level in Electrical Engineering, Computer Sciences, AI/ML, or equivalent domain.
5G knowledge is a plus
Team working ability
Used to handle complex trouble-shooting
Be part of the design of "Customer Like Environment" (CLE), Features and Traffic Load Models
Integrate and verify system requirements in CLE. Secure Ericsson bi-weekly releases of 5G RAN products in Live networks
Problem solving skills, to assess Ericsson product performance in a "Customer Like" environment
The ability to be a role model for the team
Additional Requirements
Performance analysis of Ericsson RAN product, especially for Stability or Performance
Hands on skills in RAN (LTE, VRAN, 5G) Baseband configuration and scripting is a plus
Knowledge of MJE, TGF and ITK is a plus
Knowledge of Jenkins, Git/Gerrit is a plus.
Programming is a plus, e.g. Java, C, Python
Analytic ability, creativity and drive
Drive improvements: detect gaps and initiate changes to fill them
Be flexible and customer oriented with international teams
