Product Development Unit Baseband SW (PDU BB) is part of Development Unit Networks and responsible for driving end to end baseband software product development by having competence and capability to take on full feature responsibility.
In PDU Baseband we invest heavily in Quality Assurance through automated continuous integration. We develop Test Frameworks that enables development of test cases for our real time SW products.
As a test framework developer, you will work in a team that has the responsibility for defining and evolving the test framework software. That means analyzing framework requirement for upcoming features, code the solution, test the outcomes and deliver it.

PDU BB is located on different sites in Sweden, Canada, China and US. This position is placed at the Stockholm Kista site. For this opportunity, we're looking for a new colleague to join the team that specializes in frameworks for 5G Scheduler testing.
What you will do
Work as a part of an agile team
Analyze and implement new framework requirement.
Define improvements, refactoring and optimizations of test frameworks and test suites.
Break down large epics into smaller user-stories
Sketch optimized solutions and code them (mostly in embedded C)
Perform trouble shooting of issue
Drive continuous improvements of products, environments, and processes
You will bring
We are specifically looking for a person that has a strong interest in the SW testing discipline and wants to evolve in this area.
Your personal qualities are important for us, and we believe that you are productive, creative and that you interact easily with other people. In addition, you can plan and drive your own work to reach common goals together with your team.
In addition, we believe you have:
Interest a drive to learn software development and troubleshooting
BSc level (MSc preferred) in a technical field or the equivalent level of knowledge
Programming/scripting skills in C/C++, Java, Python and/or similar languages
Multi-core processor understanding
Basic Real time embedded systems knowledge
