We are currently looking for a Developer who can act as System lead
We have an open position as System lead in our Passive Intermodulation Cancellation control (PimCtrl) team within the Algorithms Function Control section placed in Stockholm.
PimCtrl is a separate radio software module. It is reducing Passive intermodulation, and the team's work includes a wide range of development tasks such as Algorithm integration and Software development. The development ranges from early studies to test activities and maintenance.
The overall goal is to develop a high quality software with low maintenance needs and enable a high level of reuse. To achieve this, you would create alignment and capture module requirements, act as a technical Interface between different projects and the team and coordinate how to split functionality between different parts of the product.
Our organization works in Lean and Agile ways. We coordinate multi-functional development teams in which continuous improvement and knowledge exchange is part of the daily work.
What you will do
Drive requirement breakdown from Radio level to module level
Act as Interface between projects and the team
Coordinate activities related to PIMCtrl
Support PIMC tech management team, IP program manager and PIM control (software) in coordinating and prioritizing plans
You will bring
Experience in driving development work in new and unknown areas
Ability to draft early solution descriptions and drive the task forward together with the development team
Structured approach to documenting the design challenges and actions to be taken
Results oriented and make sure that the right things are being worked on and getting progress
Understand development flow from systemization to verification and final release
University degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in a relevant position
Experience of technical work within wireless communication systems, signal processing and radio design is preferable
Good communication skills and social ability
Proficiency in English (speaking and writing)
