Job description
As an Experienced SW Architect you will develop & maintain products (units, nodes, networks, systems, and solutions), including development activities like requirement analysis, design, integration, verification, configuration management, PLM support, product documentation.
For these roles we're looking for you with excellent skills in SW architecture and development who really wants to make a difference, and you don't hesitate to take on whatever is needed to get things done.
Most of our Software developers are working in a Cross Functional Team (XFT) but we also have other roles depending on your experience, skills, and performance.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
MSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge
Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
Telecom or real-time competence is required.
Cloud competence is required.
Long documented experience in software development.
Drive architectural changes and code refactoring for future needs.
Excellent Product Development and SW craftsmanship understanding.
Ability to analyze customer problems, suggest and implement remedies.
Coaching & mentoring skills and driving software architecture work, design rules and or design patterns.
Very good communication skills and fluent in English is required as well as knowledge in the Agile process.
