Customer Support Trouble shooter and technical deployment support

In Customer support you will be working with 2nd line support in a team based in Linköping with close co-operation to Kista and Ottawa teams. The team is working within the Global customer support projects for LTE and WCDMA supporting LTE 4G & 5G, WCDMA RBS, GSMBTS, HW, site products and Multistandard RBS. The main tasks are troubleshooting, analysis and to drive customer trouble reports to solution.
This team will also work with technical deployment support (TDS), performs on site activities, remote support, in house work for our customers and projects. The assignment covers all standards (G/W/L) as well as multi-standard, HW and Site products.

You have the opportunity and expectation to travel on-site for customer support activities.

You will also work very close with the system management, PIR and design organizations within the DURA.
University education and relevant work experiences are required.

LTE product experience and/or experience in trouble shooting LTE, WCDMA or GSM is a must. Other areas which are an advantage are radio, IP troubleshooting, OSS and ENM, Core (MME, SGW), upgrades and rollout competence.

RAN or RBS I&V and on-site experience are very good qualifications for the job.
