As a Developer within Ericsson one will develop & maintain products (units, nodes, networks, systems and solutions), including development activities like requirement analysis, design, integration, verification, configuration management, PLM support, product documentation. To be able to do all these things we also need a good toolset around us to support us. This is partly developed in-house and partly sourced tools (both bought tools under license and OpenSource tools). For us to transform our products to fit in the 5G domain we now also need to secure that we have the best Development Environment possible.
We now need Developers that wants to learn product development and help us create this state of the art Development Environment.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Perform Continuous Analysis and Requirement Handling
Develop and Test High Quality Products and Tools
Perform Trouble Shooting and Customer Support
Drive Continuous Improvements of Products and Processes
Position Qualifications
Technical Competences:
Programming (C/C++/Java/...)
Basic tools like Git/Gerrit/Linux
Software integration
Soft Competences:
Lean & Agile Knowledge and Skills
Working with People and in teams
Open Source understanding
Adapting & Responding to Change
Strong networking skills
A Quality mindset and willingness to always improve
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
BSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge
English Skills
Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
Experiences from working in OpenSource projects
