About the role
Trygg-Hansa is looking for a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) specialist who can strengthen our CRM team within Business Technology SE.
The role's main responsibilities include:
Development and management of our Dynamics365 CE solutions
Development within .Net and Javascript/jQuery
User-friendly configuration of Dynamics365 CE
Work closely with Developers, Requirement- and Test specialists and Product Owners to deliver according to the team's prioritized backlog
Work with LCM activities, such as reduced technical debt and modernization of the application and its integrations.
Actively participate and contribute to the team's scrum rituals and joint improvement work
The role is located in Malmö or Stockholm. You will report to Head of Bus Tech CL - Customer
Your background and profile
In order for you to feel that you are in the right place, we believe that you have:
relevant university or college education or equivalent work experience.
at least 3-5 years of experience within Dynamics 365 CE where development has been part of your everyday life in the form of .Net and TypeScript
experience with Power Platform (Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps and Power Automate)
experience of implementing business oriented co pilot solutions or similar AI-supported tools
experience of CRM implementations in both B2C and B2B markets
experience in agile system development in complex system landscapes
experience of working with different types of user groups and needs/requirements
great communication skills (Fluent in English)
Knowledge in the following areas is a plus:
SSIS/Kingswaysoft
GIT
Azure
Azure DevOps (CI/CD Pipelines)
REST API
Languange: Swedish
