hela Sverige Working in a professional yet friendly environment, you will be responsible for assisting assignees and their families throughout their corporate assignments.
The role:
Managing and counselling a caseload of assignees to include:
• Pre visits and orientation tours
• Home findings
• Settling in services (bank, population, registration, social benefits, healthcare)
• Move-in inspections
• School search
• Move-out inspections
• Lease negotiations
• Departure services
• Lease translations
• Liaising with client HR and mobility teams, and agents
You will also be responsible for updating our internal systems and documents.
Alfa is expanding its relocation team in Stockholm and is recruiting for the position of an experienced Destination Consultant.
You will have previous experience of working within the Relocation/Mobility industry with strong focus on customer service.
You are comitted, service and business oriented, structured and systematic. You are a team player, a good listener, empathetic and can engage in a constructive cooperation with many different entities and persons respectively within Alfa and towards our clients and assignees. Being fully articulate in both Swedish and English is essential. Having lived and worked abroad is an advantage but not a necessity.
Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple projects in addition to day to day tasks. Flexibility and willingness to undertake additional tasks as required.
