We are looking for a member to our global team, to take overall responsibility for the global Desktop environment as well as specific areas within our Microsoft environment.
You will be responsible for coordinating and developing all these services and you will be expected to drive this area together with a team which works tightly together, aiming to continuously develop all the core IT infrastructural services within Mölnlycke Healthcare.
In detail, your main responsibilities will be to:
• Define processes and structures and implement these with the IT Infrastructure global team and our hosting and support providers.
• Work closely with both IT and business representatives to maintain optimal service and availability for the desktop environment
• Proactively perform training and information to our global IT organization regarding functionality, processes and enhancements.
• Perform monitoring in order to verify that the SLA:s are reached for the specified services, as well as deliver KPI?s for the performance and usage of the services.
• Work with projects within the area of expertise, providing knowledge and technical support as well as development of solutions.
• Assist in Microsoft related tasks within expert areas in projects and global/local issues.
The position is permanent, reports to IT Director ? I&O and is based at the corporate headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Qualifications and personal qualities
We are looking for a person with a great technical interest and a strong drive. As the nature of the daily work is both practical and on the design level, we believe you have knowledges in SCCM and Desktop management strategies ? specifically Microsoft technologies. FEP, as well as Zervicepoint from Zipper is also heavily used within our organization. You will also drive the structural changes in this area towards a more efficient setup, thus experience in project and vendor management is an advantage.
An education of B.Sc or equivalent is an advantage. The position will entail working global and with many different people and you should be able to communicate well in written and spoken English, as well as be willing to travel approximately once per month.
