To strengthen our design team, we are looking for a creative designer to help us take the next step in our growth journey.
You must be located in, or willing to relocate to, Stockholm, where the Mynewsdesk HQ is based.
Role description
The design plays a big part in the culture here at Mynewsdesk. Together with conversion specialists, copywriters, product owners, user researchers, product marketers and front-end developers you will be making our brand and product shine, make our customers happy and our communication stand out. You will design for our product and our website, including launch campaigns, ads and landing pages.
In this role, you will create, and design for our target audience daily, with the ultimate goal of developing our product and our brand and helping our company grow.
Who you are:
• Passionate about creating pixel perfect design
• Love to challenge yourself and others every day
• Willing to learn from others and spread your own knowledge to the team
• Open and communicative
• Have at least 3 years of design experience, product or service design preferably
• Have an understanding of how the design role fits in the bigger picture
• Have attention to detail and take pride in your work
• Have strong written and verbal English skills
What you will do:
• Be the core part and visual leader in both our product team and our Growth team
• Engage in discussions with your knowledge
• Test and iterate on design solutions with real-world feedback and data
• Create strong and coherent visual design based on guidelines
• Help develop our brand identity together with other designers
• Help expand our design system to maintain a uniform look across our different platforms
This is a full-time position. A six-month probationary period applies.
