We are now looking for a Designer who wants to be part of our marketing team, where you get the opportunity to be involved and develop within the company and be part of our continued journey of success.
About the job
In the role of Designer, you will have a hands-on design responsibility in our campaign work. It's about everything from digital campaigns, outdoors and TV. In addition, you will have a responsibility in major design projects at our physical health centers. You have contact with agencies and suppliers, but also design yourself. You will be part of an agile team where the drive is great and the decision paths are short. You will thus have the opportunity for great influence.
The position is within the marketing team and you will be reporting directly to the CMO.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for you who are passionate about design and think it is extra fun and exciting to work with an app in healthcare. As you are confident with your broad design competence and expertise in the field, you're not afraid of any design assignments. You are particularly skilled at working with design within digital channels, preferably also a bit illustratively and with video, and already have previous experience of relevant systems / programs required to perform the work in the best way.
As a person, you have a start-up mindset, are innovative and solution-oriented and like to take ownership and responsibility for the projects you run, regardless of whether it is within or outside the design area.
You enjoy working independently and in a structured way, while at the same time being a team player with a good ability to work together. You are communicative and easy to make social contacts with various functions within a company so that your projects can be run in a smooth way. You handle English fluently in both speech and writing and it is very positive if you have worked with app marketing before.
We believe you have:
• Relevant university or college education, preferably in communication / design
• Approx. 3-5 years of experience from a similar position
• Fluent knowledge of both Swedish and English
