PDU WCDMA & MS RAN is a global organization, based in Stockholm with operations also in Gothenburg, Nanjing and Linköping. The PDU work in close cooperation with Product Line WCDMA RAN, and comprise about 1.300 employees. Work tasks:
In Requirement Area Services & Mobility, you will work with end-to-end handling of the system including end user equipment. There are a lot of challenges ahead of us in the area of mobility regarding multi-standard interaction between WCDMA and LTE.
We are using Agile way of working applying Scrum methodology, which means that we are working in Cross Functional Teams comprising competences in system design, design and verification in host and target environment. Every team member is expected to be flexible and perform several tasks to develop features in the most efficient way.
As a member of a Cross Functional Team you will contribute to the feature development primarily in your own competence domain. Gradually you will have the opportunity to explore new areas of competence to enhance team performance and flexibility.

Qualifications:
• A solid knowledge and good experience from the software development flow.
• You have a positive attitude and strong drive and willingness to take on new challenges and you find it stimulating to work with teams.
Good to have, but not a prerequisite:
• Knowledge of Agile and Lean software development or other team based WoW.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of WCDMA Systems.
• Experience in Erlang, C++, C, 3GSim, End-to-End Environment.
