hela Sverige We are looking for a Designer Mechatronics to work with the world leading system for fully automatic milk harvesting, Delaval VMS V300.

As a Designer at Delaval you will handle technical tasks as well as keeping a close co-operative contact with product owners, testing, sourcing, suppliers and our production sites within your area. The daily work in this team is a mix of concept generation and evaluation, mechanical design, control system design, prototyping and evaluation all the way into serial production. We are also responsible for the quality and maintenance throughout the complete lifetime of our products. Our tasks demand that we work both in-house and occasionally on test farms, in Sweden and abroad.
Key responsibilities:
Product development from idea to final solution.
Evaluations in lab and in field trials of developed concepts
Improvements and development of existing systems and components
Documentation in our cad and pdm system
Your qualifications:
MSc with experience from development of mechatronic products
Experience of 3D modeling and use of PDM systems
Be goal oriented and have a structured way of approaching challenges
Have the ability to document work in a structured way and also have hands on experience from development of mechatronic systems.
Experience from work and development of closed loop control systems.
Be fluent in English and Swedish, writing as well as speaking
Have a driving license
Swedish work permit
Experience of the following will be considered a plus:
Sensor technology
Food contact regulations
Human safety regulations
Agriculture experience
Aras PDM
Solid Edge Cad
Kinematics
FEM
Agile and/or incremental way of working experience
