We are looking for a Project Office Coordinator to join our dynamic and diverse team in Gothenburg. Working with us at Product Design is an opportunity to work in a global environment with truly amazing product design development. We are a team of passionate colleagues from many different backgrounds and cultures working together towards our common goals.
This position is a great opportunity to have a central role in a multi-cultural and cross functional team developing transport solutions for the future. You will be part of a global organization of design excellence that creates superior customer value by designing appealing products with strong brand profiles for the Volvo Group.
What will you work with as Project Office Coordinator?
We offer you an exciting position where you will:
Coordinate and communicate our Product Design project portfolio
Plan, follow-up, make forecasts and analysis of the project view together with line and project managers
Coordinate and plan investments for our Design studio
In this position you will work within Volvo Group Trucks Technology, belong to the Complete Vehicle organization, be located in Gothenburg, Sweden and report to the Site Director Product Design.

As you will represent Product Design we need you to be a person who takes action, responsibility and drives innovation. We also expect you to have the ability to communicate and contribute to solve complex cross-functional issues with a focus on Product Design and thrive on being part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Other key requirements for the role:
BSc. in Finance or equivalent professional experience
A couple of years of industry experience in finance
Knowledgeable in Microsoft office tools and financial systems, e.g. SAP
Fluent in English (oral and written)
Experience from working in similar position is considered a valuable merit in order to grow this function in our expanding department
