Then UX Group Manager in Product Design is the position for you!
We offer you an exciting position, where you will:
• Lead and develop an interaction and user experience design team to secure individual competence development and performance management to meet given design targets set by the Design Directors
• Work in close cooperation with the Design Director of each business area Truck, Bus, Construction Equipment and Penta to provide and support with the right competencies to each project
• Develop and harmonize processes and tools to best accommodate the needs of the different business areas

Requirements
• Min BA/BfA or equivalent degree in Interaction Design, HMI, or a related design or behavioral science discipline
• Min 5 years of industry design experience
• Documented team leader or project management experience
• Full understanding of, and ability to advocate, the design process and tools
