Then Expert Group Manager in Product Design is the position for you!
We offer you an exciting position, where you will
Lead and develop a team of expert design functions covering Graphic Design, Color/material/finishes (CMF) Design, Design Quality and Industrial Design to secure individual competence development and performance management to meet given design targets set by the Design Directors
Work in close cooperation with the Design Director of each business area Truck, Bus, Construction Equipment and Penta to provide and support with the right competencies to each project. Develop and harmonize processes and tools to best accommodate the needs of the different business areas.

Requirements
• Min BA/BfA or equivalent degree
• Min 5 years of industry design experience
• Documented team leader or project management experience
• Full understanding of, and ability to advocate, the design process
Profile

• Strong in building peer relationships
• Fluent in English
In this position you will report to the Site Director Product Design, and be placed in Gothenburg.
