You will work within Strategy & Planning / Development & Engineering (D&E) in Tetra Pak. Your department will be Consumer Concepts and has global responsibility for consumer centric package and secondary package concept development, breakthrough and incremental consumer product innovation and act as knowledge center and support within D&E regarding consumer competence, graphic & industrial design, retail, usability and consumer prototyping.
Your team consists of creative people working in a high pressure environment. The group blends passion and drive in a highly professional way and you will be both their leader and act as an individual contributor.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Lead all global industrial and graphic design activities for consumer and customer products in Tetra Pak
• Lead and develop the consumer centric design studio
• Manage external design consultants and co-operation with design schools
• Lead concept development and refinement
• Develop and maintain global design trends

As the creative person you are - passion about design and innovation is a trade mark of yours. You have good people skills and thrive with an open and creative ambience that fosters ideas to be discussed, beaten down and born again. You are business minded and possess informal authority which makes it easy for you to create buy in from stakeholders.
After achieving your university degree in industrial design you have spent at least 10 years working within the field of design and innovation. Several of these years you have worked with Consumer Centric Innovation - thereby rendering you a solid competence with a structured approach to innovation processes. Throughout your career you have also gained thorough experience with 2D tools and 3D rendering. Managerial experience is an advantage. You have excellent communication skills and excel at both written and spoken English.
