In the position as Design Specialist you will be a core contributor in an agile marketing team where you will be designing digital and print creative collateral to support marketing initiatives. You will work with everything from mobile video, social media, websites and digital campaigns. The tools include adobe creative cloud, photoshop, illustrator and indesign.
You will work against different brand managers to identify their needs and help them reach their message through. You will work in cross-functional teams in a diverse environment with local, regional and global colleagues.
Day-to-day responsibilities
• Create video and visual content for marketing materials, including but not limited to email campaigns, landing page design, social media graphics, website promotional graphics.
• Develop graphics and layouts for brands, and customer banners/ads/signs
• Create designs and assemble final layouts for print
• Support brand managers with needed graphical materials
• Support agencies with graphic materials
• Create eye appealing designs that meet brand standards and effectively communicate marketing messages
Requirements
• Bachelor 's Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or evidence of exceptional ability
• Must be proficient and highly skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Microsoft Office programs, and other design tools. Video Editing a plus
• Ability to translate concepts of creative strategy into meaningful pieces of art both in digital and print
• Creative thinker with thorough understanding of digital and print design principles and process
• Strong project and process skills to move things forward with structure
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and in written
About you
You are a proactive professional whom may be in the beginning of your career and are driven by challenges and motivated by working in a very dynamic team environment. You can work independently and find and communicate relevant information to the effected managers. You have the know-how and ability to explain how different strategies impacts the design. You also have a understanding for bureaucratic organization and processes work. Experience within Pharma is an advantage.
About the employment
For this assignment, you will be employed as a consultant by Adecco. The assignment will start immediately and initially run for 6 months. The assignment will be filled immediately, and we are therefore recruiting on a continuous basis during the application period.
