Assignments:
Your main responsibility is to lead design-engineering activities in projects. You're part of an international project team and acts as Design Lead for our products in collaboration with customers and production sites. You are responsible for system architecture, product and design definition according to Autoliv development process and methods and are to make sure that the product design meets all requirements. Your task is to agree and approve requirements concerning stakeholders, e.g. external and internal customers.
Profile:
To succeed in this role you have:
• M.Sc in engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering or appropriate experience in such a position
• Relevant work experience
• Good knowledge in system architectural design, design for manufacturing, design for test and embedded design
• Good knowledge in system integration, system verification and electronic and hardware design
• Basic knowledge in software development, EMC testing and cost management
• Good knowledge in English, both verbal and written
Personal characteristics
• Team player who likes to work in project groups
• Analytical with good problem solving skills
• Pro-active approach
• Good communication skills and the ability to build and preserve good professional relationships
Merit:
