Design Lead Digitalization

So, what are you going to do today?
Engineering & Supply BU High Speed Separators is responsible for designing, manufacturing and delivering HSS systems industries such as Brewery, Beverage, Dairy, Edible Oil, Biopharma & Industrial Fermentation & Ethanol, Starch & Sugar.
The Systems Development & Maintenance team oversees the development and the maintenance of configurable HSS systems. Apart from Technical Product Managers, the team includes Design Leads that act as Chief Engineer and Guiding Star within their technological fields.
About the job
You will play an important role in fulfilling our digital strategy by translating business ambitions into technical requirements and supporting the various functions with your knowledge, vision and passion.
Your main tasks:
* Formulate Product capabilities requirements that follow from our digital strategy.
* Support Technical Product Managers, Design Leads and Project Managers to meet the Product capability requirements for new and existing Products.
* Support Business development functions in their interactions with internal & external actors.
* Support Product & Portfolio Management functions in feasibility studies and portfolio planning.
* Identify crucial digital competences that need to be secured and developed.
* Stay on top of digital trends and technologies and identify elements that have the potential to create value.
* Inspire! Challenge! Explore! Motivate! Teach!
About you
* You hold a degree in Engineering at university level.
* You combine leadership skills with a passion for automation and digitalization.
* You have a strong, proven technical background.
* You see the big picture and you care for the important details.
* You communicate effectively with peers that have different levels of technical expertise.
* You are a team player.
