We seek an innovative problem solver, a collaborative team player, and a skilled designer who can handle multiple products of differing size and scope. You are driven by curiosity and passionate about user-centered experience design and able to handle both high-level vision and detail-focused execution.
You will establish and maintain a shared vision for the experiences we design, you are passionate about design strategies and you work in close collaboration with the rest of the team and guide and support the other designers in complex and challenging design decisions.
Here you will work across multiple teams. You'll partner closely with engineering, product, and business folks to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges.
You'll provide the thought leadership to inspire and develop the right strategies moving forward.
We think that you have shipped several products before this and that you are eager to inspire others to greatness.
We expect you to be self-driven and comfortable taking the lead in discussions and workshops, with energy and drive and a "can-do" attitude. We also want you to join us in our continuous improvement work to find better and smarter ways of working.
