Leading and guiding towards HSS systems Documentation that meets the demands of
external and internal stakeholders in the best possible way, effective Documentation
Engineering processes and harmonization across the different High Speed Separators systems portfolios.
Developing and maintaining a strategy for effective Documentation engineering, considering the overall strategy, the product plan, market demands, tools and competences.
Driving Documentation harmonization across the various HSS systems portfolios together with the Technical Product Managers.
Ensuring that the Documentation fulfils the needs of the users in the best possible way (quality) and meets the requirements set by authorities (compliance), together with Quality and Compliance managers/engineers.
Acting as a reference person to various internal stakeholders (Global Sales, Product Management & Marketing, Engineering & Supply, R&D) for general matters related to the field of Documentation.
Overseeing the overall planning, coordination, and prioritization of Documentation for the various CTO product development and product maintenance activities.
Coordination for CTO Product Development Documentation between E&S sites and maintaining the relations with the Documentation Hub.
Forecasting of resource and competence needs, covering all CTO Product development and Product maintenance.
Developing and maintaining relations with various Documentation resource pools.
Identifying knowledge gaps and training needs amongst resources.
Developing and maintaining work processes related to Documentation.
Developing and maintaining guidelines and Best Practices related to Documentation.
Engaging in Claims and Quality investigations.
Maintain and develop Documentation for existing products by staying on top of reported Product deviations and Product Improvement Suggestions.
Who you are:
You communicate in an effective way to peers and stakeholders at various levels.
You are good at planning, prioritization, follow-up and reporting.
Intra-personal skills, you are able to motivate, guide and give constructive feedback.
Be familiar with relevant tools and understand the value they could bring.
Experience in Technical writing.
Networking skills.
Solid HSS product understanding.
Good knowledge of the English language, verbally and written.
