Our Design Center in Gothenburg is the global headquarters for Geely Design and focuses on delivering great design for the two automotive brands: Zeekr and Lynk & Co.
Lynk & Co is a fast-growing team of both creative and management professionals with the task of delivering exciting global products. In an inspiring studio environment, we build and maintain a top-class design team of multiple nationalities.
Your mission and the team
As a Design Excellence Business Support agent, you will join the design enabling entity with the purpose of actively and practically allowing the creative team to build the smoothest way of embracing the challenge to deliver great design output under severely reduced project development time plans. The enabling entity works actively to align design needs within the Geely Gothenburg Design center, including manning, design tools & methods, talent scouting and contacts with academia.

You will be based in brand new and very attractive offices at Lindholmen, Gothenburg and report to the Head of Design Practice Excellence.
This is what you will do most of the time:
Support Heads of Design with administrative tasks connected to Purchasing, IT and HR
Manage contacts and administration with external suppliers
Support and contribute to more effective ways of working with our internal and external interfaces
Develop, execute, and maintain an excellent onboarding process and experience for new employees
You have probably done something like this:
You have several years of experience in a supporting role in a fast moving and international organization. It is meritorious if you have experience working as business support assistant, project coordinator or similar within purchasing, HR, and/or IT.
Preferably you have a university degree (within field of Business Administration, Economics, HR or similar).
It is highly beneficial if you have previously worked with continuous improvement of processes and you have ability to challenge the status quo, think beyond the role and act upon opportunities to work more effectively.
You have obtained excellent computer skills in MS Office tools and/or similar systems.
At Lynk&Co Creative Design, you will be part of a cross-functional and international team, with English as a natural language for written and spoken communication.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, has a strong drive and is able to work under constrained time schedules and frequently revised circumstances. You need to be independent and confident as well as a good team player. Your communication, interpersonal and networking skills are vast and you enjoy problem solving and most importantly, just getting things done! To be successful in the role you also need to be structured, methodical and analytical, still maintaining a "hands on approach". Cultural awareness, specifically between Europe and Asia is beneficial.
