Your future team is responsible for the Climate system, Instrument panel, and Driver Control Unit. They are working in an important area, where their aim is to enable the shift to sustainable transport solutions through a Cab Development- Fit for the future!
About the group
The position provides you to join the development of the next generations climate systems. The team you will be a part of is responsible for the Climate system, Instrument panel, and Driver Control Unit. It is a creative group consisting of mixed-gender of different aged-people with a good team spirit.
Your role
As a a mechanical design engineer you will be responsible for the cab climate system and create drawings, models and specifications. You will develop a wide network while working together with colleagues from large parts of R&D, production, purchasing and our suppliers in creating the best possible climate comfort.
Along with your group, you will manage the whole development process, from early concept phase, development, verification and up to introduction of your parts.
Your profile
In order for you to thrive as a design engineer within climate systems, we believe that you are creative, analytic and social structured person. You are a positive person that takes initiative, without prestige and have good communication skills. Other requirements for this position are:
* B.Sc./M.Sc. in mechanical design, material technology, structural mechanics or equivalent
* Fluency in english and swedish in both speech and in writing
* Experience and good knowledge in CAD-design
If have expericene in Catia V5 we consider this as meritorious. If you in addition to this also have been working with Enovia and have experience of climate system development is also beneficial.
Information about the position
Professionals Nord is looking for a Design Engineer. You will work as a consultant through our staffing business, and the assignment stretches for 12 months. Our intentions are that you later will be employed by our client.
