You will be a key member of the Marine and Port team in IAMP in Västerås. Reporting to the Product groups line manager, your skills and technical expertise will contribute to a variety of design projects.
Your responsibilities
Creating and executing designs of engineering solutions, engineering instructions and processes.
Conducting testing and verification activities for assignments of low/medium testing complexity of systems, subsystems or products.
Applying state-of-the-art design methods, tools and engineering practices to design development.
Site visits - technical expert at commissioning.
Ensuring quality deliverables on time and within estimated cost.
Completing risk and opportunity assessments and reporting any contract, quality, program or cost issues for resolution.
Collaborating with Supply Chain for input on vendor documentation, bids and evaluation of proposals, materials and equipment.
Maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.

Your background
A technical degree with some years of experience in design and execution, working as Designer or Test Engineer.
Knowledge of C++, Office365 and networks.
Initiative, creativity and great attention to detail.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
