Who we are
The Electrical Transmission Design group is responsible for design and development of transmission components for Electric vehicles. We are working at the heart of Volvo Cars future becoming a pure electric vehicle company. What you will do.
Some of your main responsibilities in your daily work will be to:
Learn the development process for our transmission mounts and the design challenges.
Take lead in creating a new sustainable way of designing and working with our components.
Component design and integration in CATIA and applying CAE tools in your development work. Use topology optimization to design the optimal solution.
You and your skills

* Relevant Master's Degree focus towards sustainable design
* Genuine interest in innovation and design
* Knowledge or interest in CAE methods and tools
