Major Responsibilities
Working as an Expert to supervise Altran design team in BIW / Interior and Exterior scope
Bring know-how and best practice for light material design (Aluminum), coaching and training Altran team people throughout project time
Close interaction, on very frequent basis, with client BIW expert
Support Altran Project Manager in daily communication with the client
Estimate resource and Timing impact for any Engineering Change Request
Support Altran team to release deliverables on Time, Quality and Performance
Lead task force in case of deviation in deliverable release, based on Altran process
Key Competencies
Strong Expertise in BIW (structure/closure) and/or Trims (Interior / Exterior)
Experienced in light material structure and design
Experienced in manufacturing process for metal parts (steel and aluminum)
Master degree on Mechanical Engineering
10+ years of experience in BIW/Trims technical skill or equivalent experience
Global team player
English fluency
Communication abilities, can work under high strain.
Merit:
Driver license B
It is favorable to be familiar with agile working methods as well as having knowledge in the Swedish language.
