As a Design Engineer at Conmore you will have the opportunity to work broadly with assignments within the automotive industry in Gothenburg area. The assignment you get to work on or the client you get to work with depends on which openings are available and also matches your profile and experience. We are today working with customers that are known all over the world and are leaders in the automotive industry.
In this position you will work with design of exterior plastic components according to customer demands. You will be a part of an great team where you work with various projects regarding product development and design work.

You understand business value and you got the ability to analyse information and prioritize your tasks accordingly. You take responsibility for the team's and your commitments. Communication, collaboration and personal drive to initiate and drive tasks towards target are key skills for your success.
Requirements
• You have an education in BSc or MSc of mechanical engineering (or simular)
• At least 3+ years of experience of product design within automotive industry.
• Proven knowledge in Catia V5, preferable surface/solid modeling
• Proven good knowledge in product design of plastic components
• Professional competences in plastic technology, surface treatment technologies, joining technologies and injection moulding technology
• Knowledge about injection moulding tool design
• Strong self-management and well organized at work
• Good communicator
• Fluent in English, written and oral
