SWEP is looking for a Design Engineer to the Product Engineering team in Landskrona (R&D).
What you will be doing
Your daily tasks cover design of cut- and forming tools as well as brazed plate heat exchanger (BPHE) components. You will plan and execute mechanical verifications, driving component changes and write technical reports. You will also support the site in Landskrona with product and tool expertise.
The Product Engineering team consists of Design Engineers, Product Engineers, Project Managers and Prototype Technicians. This dedicated team is responsible for new products, design and proposed changes of, product updates for having an effective product portfolio. Since Landskrona is a global production site, you will have the opportunity to cooperate with colleagues all over the world and to coordinate activities at a global level when developing new processes and products as well as implementing changes. You will be highly involved in all the steps with a big portion of drive and responsibility.
The team use Autodesk Inventor and the PDM system Teamcenter for the drawings.
Your background
• University degree in mechanical engineering
• Three years of relevant working experience
• Experience from production process is a merit
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
