hela Sverige We are looking for an experienced Developer/Design engineer to join our Automotive Engineering Team who will work from concept development through industrialization phase of the project up until production start and care for continuously running changes.
Job description
As product Developer/Design engineer you will design different components to reach the technical objectives and secure the deliveries within the given time. You will work closely together with an agile team consisting of cross-functional engineers. The role require close contact with other areas within R&D. In this role, you will be given the possibility to improve and deepen your technical knowledge in different areas and the chance to build new network within our company, customers and suppliers.
Main responsibilities
• Make concept and tooling 3D in Catia V5 models to meet attributes and demands agreed according to Automotive standards
• 2D drawings and 3DPMi (3D drawings)
• Initiate and assure corrective actions are carried out when deviations occurs
Qualifications
• Technical Education, preferably a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Minimum 5 years' experience from product development
• Good knowledge and experience in Catia V5
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Technical knowledge of exterior, interior engineering & plastic tooling
