Design Coordinator - Stockholm, Sweden
As a member of customer experience (CX), you will be part of our larger goal to make a positive everyday impact in people's lives by connecting people and solutions to meaningful experiences. Within the functions of CX & Design, we cross-functionally market new products and services.
In the field of User Experience (UX), you will support a team of experts working on a variety of strategically important initiatives to operationally ensure efficient delivery within time and budget. You will support the overall head of UX to ensure day-to-day operations. Therefore, we are looking for a highly structured and organized person, skilled in Excel and PowerPoint, possibly with an interest in product management and innovation.
A normal day at work:
• Support overall budget tracking and resource planning for workflows
• Facilitate our recruitment process and onboarding for new employees
• Drive a constant improvement within our team
• Visualization of financial statements
• Facilitate budget planning
• Support with data related to strategic presentation preparations: research, competition analysis, SWOT analysis, scenario planning, business case planning, etc.m.
• Work to continuously improve collaboration between team members of the design team.
Education and experience:
• Degree in business administration, design thinking, economics or software development and engineering
• Has experience in project management involving cross-functional collaboration.
• Ms Suits skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Office)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skills - builds relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Speaks English fluently, both in speech and writing
• Work well as part of an international team
• A true team player
