As Deputy Sales Manager, your mission is to, together with your Management team and with the Commercial team, develop not only IKEA Helsingborg but also our total market and create extraordinary growth and profitability. You maximize sales and encourage a seamless and excellent shopping experience across all channels, which strengthens IKEA's competitiveness in the market.

Expectation
IKEA Helsingborg is a VAPS (Value Added Participation Share) store with the goal to deliver and develop high solution - solution for customer, retail market with entrepreneurship and new ways of inspiring the customer.
We see that you are strong in analytical skills and highly motivating in identifying potentials and action towards them. You are people oriented and driven by KPIs.
You listen to input from your team and matrix manager to ensure that our store and our market achieve its goals, maximizes sales and generates long-term sustainable profitability - you follow up and take responsibility for sales, budget and results. Furthermore, you will ensure successful implementation of IKEA Sweden's priorities and identify and develop the many talents within the department to ensure regrowth.
As a Deputy Sales Manager, one of your most important tasks is your role as a member of the Management Group. You are also a key member of the Commercial team and are expected to contribute with your insight - making IKEA Helsingborg the obvious destination for home furnishing solutions and ensures that our customers get an equally good experience regardless of which channel they choose to shop in.
