hela Sverige In this role you will work closely with our markets and people by Partnering with Business Leaders in order to transform and grow the business, securing a great customer experience. The countries that you will support in this role are: France, Italy, Spain, Austria, South East Europe, Denmark, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia. Since you will work closely with these markets, frequent travel will be required. You will be part of securing IKEA culture, values and leadership across retail operations in order to create an organisation where business leaders take the lead in developing the people agenda. You will act as senior P&C business partner to the Deputy Retail Operations Manager and coach the Retail Manager, Country P&C Manager and connected function owners to secure business development. This means:- Act as the link and knowledge builder between the centres of expertise, global organisation, retail management and countries.- Lead and implement the LWO transformation within the countries ensuring both short and long term objectives are met to deliver a better customer and co-worker experience- Be part of assignment based business projects/focus areas where people is one part of enabling results.- Identify and support the development of potential successors for Extended Retail Management team having a total understanding on the succession needs short and long term. In some cases lead Key recruitments.- Responsible for co-leading the development and succession of our P&C Managers & community to ensure a sustainable pipeline of talent for today and tomorrow.- Be part of P&C Retail operations management team acting as decision maker, role model and ambassador for the P&C community- Develop and Own the People review process as a development tool for the P&C countries organisation and following up on established people objectivesTo be successful in this role we see that you are a senior HR partner/Country HR Partner with cross-functional understanding of INGKA Retail Matrix and operations. You are experienced in working in a management role in the IKEA organisation and as a management team member with proven ability to perform and deliver. You have the ability to influence in a matrix organisation and have worked on a global management level. You show leadership ability and effectiveness in leading multiple initiatives with high-quality results. Most importantly, you have a passion for developing the people agenda together with our markets to secure the best environment and development for our co-workers. You have:- Experience of working within a global HR management function i.e. working on operational, strategic and global dimensions- Proven record of developing people and organisations- Stretch thinking and leading in the unknown- Excellence in relationship building - creating impact and influence both quickly and sustainably
