IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania's success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.
Today 's group manager will be on parental leave from middle of March until end of December. We are searching for you that want to test leadership in this domain.
Within the department Order to Delivery (O2D) IT, this team is supporting Production Control within Global Logistics. The team is working collocated with the business representatives and is mainly developing in Java. You will help the team to deliver the right things earlier with help of the Agile framework. The team consists of 16 employees and 2 consultants.
As a member of the Logistics IT Leadership Team you are active in developing the section in line with our strategy. Leading the transformation of the IT landscape is an important focus area for us.
Your profile

You have a good knowledge of IT and an interest in technical discussions in order to support the team in building a qualitative product. You probably have an IT education and/or equivalent experience. It is an advantage if you have experience from supply chain management. You need to be proficient in written and spoken English, as we have a culturally diverse working environment. Swedish is an advantage.
