You have a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in Information Security and Data Privacy. With a background in working within the area of Information Security and preferably also in Information Technology. Next to that you have demonstrable experience in implementing Security and Privacy by Design, into a complex organisation. You have strong knowledge in industry standards, such as ISO27001, NIST, etc.

You have the knowledge in following areas:
• Excellent knowledge of implementing and supporting Security by Design
• Excellent knowledge of the Ingka business processes and organisation structure
• Good knowledge of IT Security controls and industry best practices in IT security
• Good knowledge of how to do efficient, holistic Information Security and Information Risk management for the business and for global/local products
• Good knowledge of performing complex risk assessments, and supporting risk mitigation planning and follow up
• Good knowledge of possible Information Risks for the Ingka Group, its co-workers, customers, business partners and suppliers
• Good knowledge in Data Privacy principles and the Ingka Data Privacy steering documents
• Good knowledge of IT processes, global/local business solutions and IT infrastructure

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Deputy Information Security Manager leads and manages the Information Security Leaders in implementing the Information Security and Data Privacy steering documents, strategy, direction and goals into their areas of responsibility. This to achieve a common level of protection and compliance within all Ingka units.
Having an Ingka wide perspective, supporting with the development of the Ingka Group Information Security strategy and direction. To secure the continuation of Information Security implementation and support by being backup to the Group Information Security Manager.

You will:
• Lead the Information Security Leaders ensuring the successful implementation of Information Security steering documents, strategy and goals in all Global Ingka units
• Support the development and implementation of the ISMS (Information Security Management System) including the Group Information Security Steering Documents, tools, methods, material and learning solutions for Ingka Group
• Have co-accountability for the development, implementation and maintenance of the Information Security strategy and approach for Ingka Group
• Ensure the continuation of Information Security implementation and support by being Deputy to the Ingka Group Information Security Manager
• Act as escalation support and safeguard that risk decisions are taken at the right level within Ingka organisations
• Participate in recruitment of all key Information Security positions safeguarding the required competence and experience level
• Periodically report on the status of the ISMS implementation and the Information risks within your organisational area(s) of responsibility, including the current threat landscape, trends, KPIs and incidents to relevant stakeholders
• Continuously challenge and look for improvements in the ways of working, leading and steering to ensure our offer to our customers/network remains relevant and delivers the needed value to the business
• Keep up-to-date on current and emerging trends, tools, methodology and leadership capabilities to further develop and align the area of Information Security
