IKEA Helsingborg is now looking for a Deputy Communication & Interior Design Manager who will lead the creative process in the IKEA Helsingborg store with the aim of truly inspiring and surprising our customers

You'll be working right next to the Service Office in Sweden, with great networking opportunites within Ingka group.
Expectation
IKEA Helsingborg is a VAPS (Value Added Participation Share) store with the goal to deliver and develop high solution - solution for customer, retail market with entrepreneurship and new ways of inspiring the customer.
Furthermore you'll:
• Be a part of the management team and succession for the future role as Com&In manager.
• Lead the store Com&In Team in securing relevant and inspiring range presentation solutions, an optimal store layout and effective store communication that builds the IKEA Brand.
• Secure vitality and seasonality in the store by creating and implementing a store commercial calendar together with the store Management Team.
• Be an inspiring leader to ensure that your team of colleagues around the store has the right understanding of store layout, range presentation and store communication thereby contributing to the work method for range presentation.
• Work through other people, their talents and development potential to develop and maintain a committed Com&In Team in the store.
