Deputy CFO and integration officer
The position is located at the headquarters in Gothenburg
TitanX Engine Cooling is a global supplier of powertrain cooling solutions to commercial vehicles, both for OEMs and the independent aftermarket. TitanX with annual sales of over 1,500 million SEK (US$ 165 million) has some 800 employees worldwide. The company is headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden and has development and manufacturing sites in Mjällby and Linköping in Sweden and in Jamestown, NY, USA. In addition we have three manufacturing plants: Jaguariuna in the Sao Paolo area in Brazil, Kunshan in the Shanghai region in China and Saltillo near Monterrey in Mexico. I Krakow, Poland, we pack goods for the aftermarket.
POSITION SUMMARY
Lead the budget development and management process, ensure compliance of risk policies, procedures, working on supporting strategy development, operations planning, reporting and consolidation WITH of achieving superior financial/ business performance and managing risks associated with the business WITHIN TitanX and TACO Corporate guidelines and industry best practices.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Finance/Performance Management
Manage the budget development and budget management process including analysis, setting and reporting of budgets and financial goals for all departments in the business, working closely with the CFO. Provide critical input to the analysis of funding and other such requirements within the business, in line with established policies and reporting requirements, to assist in the provision of timely and accurate information IN ORDER TO drive a financially sustainable organization
• Risk/Compliance
Actively manage the development and compliance of risk policies, procedures, protocols and standards through all work processes within the Finance department, applying the relevant policy frameworks, assist in the monitoring and reporting of all risk/compliance work processes within the Finance department, in conjunction with departmental peers, to ensure that financial decisions are made in accordance with risk management principles IN ORDER TO achieve 100% compliance
• Strategy
Deliver strategic development and planning support (research, analysis, modeling and costing) to the CFO/Managing Director IN ORDER To ensure accurate input to the business' strategic scorecard and ongoing monitoring of financial performance against this scorecard.
• Operations Planning
Contribute to the development of operational plans and strategy across the business, IN ORDER TO ensure minimal disruptions to the achievement of revenue targets
• Reporting & Consolidation
Prepare cash forecasts, budgets, financial and statutory reports for TitanX and TACO consolidation IN ORDER TO ensure commitments are met in a timely manner
• Integration Support
Support TitanX CFO and TACO integration Management Office by collaborating with TitanX and TACO Finance teams for finance integration and monitoring integration implementation plan IN ORDER TO ensure smooth financial integration and identify opportunities to increase efficiencies
• ERP implementation
Support SAP implementation at TitanX by partnering with various Finance and IT/ERP stakeholders at TitanX and TACO IN ORDER TO ensure smooth implementation of ERP systems at TitanX
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Relevant Experience
• CA/ ICWA/ MBA - Finance
• 15-20 years of professional experience in automotive industry
Business understanding
• Knowledge of business drivers and good understanding of all business aspects with an understanding of operational aspects
• Broad knowledge of various functions in the business.
• Good understanding of IT led financial accounting
• Industry process knowledge;
• Macro-economic environment;
• Cross-currency information
Other skills
• Fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi
