BACKGROUND
Magnus Penker, an internationally acknowledged expert and leading thinker on innovation, founded Innovation 360 Group with Martin Hultqvist, Anges Sävenstedt and Sten Jacobson as co-founders in February 2015 in Stockholm - the city of innovation. The first assignment was in London, manifesting right from the outset, that the outlook and objectives of the firm are truly global.
Although global in scope, the company is firmly rooted in the Swedish heritage of strong entrepreneurship, high quality and centuries of sustainable innovation. Just six months after the firm was set up, it was ready to scale up its operations with the accreditation of a number of small independent top consultancies in a network based on the company's methodology and tools called InnoSurveyTM.
Innovation 360 Group helps companies to sharpen their innovation capability and re-innovate their value propositions, speeding up digitalisation (internal incremental/radical innovation) and global go-to-market projects (external incremental/radical innovation) through innovative strategy and business development. We do this by means of research-based innovation methods, assessments and measurements. All based on our unique global innovation database and research in the innovation area.

THE ROLE AS DEPUTY CFO
You will work closely with Innovation 360 Group CFO. Responsibility will include Business Controling, Accounting, Compliance, Admin and Contract Management for Sweden, USA and Singapore. You will also focus on the companys internationella expansion. You will be leading a small team in i Sweden and in the USA.
Main tasks and resposabilies include, but are not limitied to:
• Financial reporting
• Business Controlling and Cash Flow
• Accounting
• Tax reporting
• Cashflow projections
• Complience and Risk
• Contract Management
• Implementing ISO 27 000
• Budget
QUALIFICATIONS
You have an academic background with a Masters degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
A successful candidate will have
• Experience from a similar senior role.
• Up to date knowledge of current financial and accounting computer applications.
• Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills.
